Heroes in Tie Shan

In Tie Shan, heroes are typically trained, learning and improving on their master's particular discipline. The bond between teacher and pupil needn't necessarily be the strongest bond the character has. Family, a lover, and even comrades in arms, may hold a higher place in the hero's heart. So, where does one find a master? Your sifu may be one or more of the following:

• A monk
  
• A member of a secret society
  
• The founder of a martial arts school
  
• A family member who is passing on a family tradition
  
• A hermit or eccentric member of the town
  

Where you find them, and whether they still live, is entirely up to you.
